We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Vets for Pets practice in Horsham and are looking for a passionate, friendly, and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join us from the very beginning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new practice, helping to create a positive and supportive team culture while making a genuine difference within the local community.

Andrei offers broad clinical expertise, a confident patient-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for teamwork and collaboration.

Together, they are dedicated to creating a friendly, approachable, and high-performing practice where colleagues, clients, and pets all feel truly valued — and where every team member is encouraged to grow and thrive.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional client care while supporting the highest standards of patient care
Acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team
Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues
Ensuring every client visit is welcoming, supportive, and professional
Greeting clients warmly and providing clear, accurate information and guidance
Managing payments and booking appointments confidently
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system
Strong computer skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.

Working Pattern:

As a brand-new practice, we are able to offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.

We believe in supporting a healthy work/life balance and are happy to discuss flexible shift patterns to suit your needs. Some weekend work will be required, but there are no out-of-hours duties.
