Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and craft exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, manage kitchen operations efficiently, and contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and delighted by every bite.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
Manage food preparation activities, including ingredient selection, portioning, and cooking techniques
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving of dishes and timely delivery to guests
Develop new menu items, recipes, and specials that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
Train team members on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
Extensive kitchen experience with a strong background in food production and preparation
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Solid restaurant experience with knowledge of serving procedures and customer interaction
Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations
Hands-on culinary experience encompassing diverse cooking styles and techniques
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience that highlights excellent communication skills and teamwork
