We are currently seeking an HR & Training Systems Administrator to join us on a fixed-term basis to support an exciting period of development, focusing on HR and learning system set-up and implementation.

About the Role

Working closely with and guided by the Head of HR, you will play a key supporting role in implementing and embedding new HR and training systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to real organisational projects and develop practical HR and systems experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the set-up, configuration and testing of HR and learning management systems
Assisting with data input, cleansing and migration
Helping to develop user guides, processes and documentation
Providing administrative support during system implementation and roll-out
Supporting colleagues with system queries and initial troubleshooting
Assisting with HR and training administration as required

Other information about the role:

Start date 1 July 2026 or TBC
Duration of contract - 3 months (possibility of extension)
Working pattern – Full time - Mondays to Thursday will be on-site, Fridays will be remote.
Closing date- 21st July 2026

An individual with a strong interest in systems, data, and HR processes
