Location: Head Office, Watford, Hertfordshire (Office-Based Role)

Hours:* Monday to Friday: 2:30pm – 7:30pm* Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 8:30pm* Split shifts available on weekends.

Join the Ultrasound Plus Team!Ultrasound Plus is looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Telephone Call Handler and Administrator to join our growing team at our Head Office in Watford. This is an office-based role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from patients and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

* Book, amend, and manage appointments across our clinics.

* Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about our services.

* Handle patient records, admin duties and maintain confidentiality at all times

.* Liaise with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every caller.

What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

* Good IT skills and confidence using appointment booking systems.

* Previous customer service, call handling, reception, or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.

* A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.What We Offer:
