Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our exciting new studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to educate clients on proper techniques and movements. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals while promoting overall well-being through tailored Pilates sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Educate clients on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to maximise their workout experience.
Develop customised workout plans based on individual client needs and fitness levels.
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually improve your teaching methods.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.

Experience

Level 3 Reformers Qualification
Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, particularly as it relates to movement and exercise.
Background in sports coaching or related fields is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals is essential.
