HR Administration Manager

Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £40,958 - £43,697 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

Lead HR Operations Within a Growing Education Organisation

M&M Supply is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful education provider for an experienced HR Administration Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy HR Administration function, managing a dedicated team while ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant and high-quality HR services across multiple education settings.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of home, office and site-based working, making it ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As the HR Administration Manager, you will:

Lead and manage a team of HR Administration professionals, providing support, coaching and performance management.
Oversee all HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
Manage payroll administration, pensions, contractual changes and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure probation, onboarding and employment documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Develop and improve HR systems, policies and operational procedures.
Monitor HR compliance, employment legislation and best practice.
Produce HR reports and management information to support strategic decision-making.
Work closely with senior leaders to deliver an exceptional HR service.
Build positive relationships with managers and employees across multiple sites.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within HR operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Significant experience within an HR administration or HR operations environment.
Previous experience managing or supervising an HR team.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, pensions and employment legislation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent leadership skills.

A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience would be highly desirable.
