Fancy building websites for cuddle therapists one week and mechanical engineers the next? The Wix Guys is on the hunt for a Junior Wix Website Designer to join our Maidstone team, and we promise it's never boring.

We're a fast growing, award winning Wix Legend Partner agency, working with small and medium businesses across all kinds of industries. No two clients are the same, and that's exactly how we like it. Whether you're just starting out or already have a bit of experience under your belt, if you've got the right attitude and the Wix Studio skills to back it up, we want to hear from you.

The role
You'll be building websites in Wix Studio, mostly template based, so speed matters just as much as quality. This is a hands-on building role: no client calls, no chasing feedback, no explaining SEO to a nervous client. Our account managers take care of all of that, so you can put your energy into what you do best, building great sites quickly.

You'll be working closely with Alina, our Head Designer, who'll get you up to speed on our design standards, build process, and the best practices that make our sites stand out. Petra, our Head of SEO, will also be on hand to teach you the SEO fundamentals that go into every build we do, so you're not just designing pretty pages, you're building sites that actually perform.

What we're looking for:

Experience with Wix Studio (essential)
Based locally and happy to come into our Maidstone office
Someone who can build fast without cutting corners on quality
An interest in using AI tools to work smarter
Agency experience is a nice to have, but not essential, we'll teach you the rest

What you'll be doing:

Designing and building websites in Wix Studio, largely template based
Learning design, build, and SEO best practices from Alina and Petra
Working across a huge range of industries and business types
Focusing purely on the build, with no client-facing responsibilities
