Job Summary
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front of House Team Leader, where your energetic personality and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food safety, POS systems, and fine dining standards will help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Duties

Welcome all guests to the restaurant with a smile and a positive attitude
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Operate POS systems such as Kobas for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations
Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces

Qualifications

Proven experience with front of house in a restaurant is a plus
Proficiency with POS systems such as Kobas; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and inventory management
Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
