Job Introduction

Full time
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm but must be flexible within hospitality
£14 per hour
Free meals onsite and parking
Free shuttle bus from Steveange train station

Admin / Hospitality Coordinator at GSK Stevenage, Gunnels Wood Road, SG1 2NY

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Admin / Hospitality Coordinator to support the smooth running of hospitality services and provide high-quality administrative support.

What you’ll do

Coordinate hospitality events, meetings and catering services
Manage bookings, emails, invoices and purchase orders
Support excellent customer service and guest experiences
Manage systems including Eprofit, Kronos and Kappture
Monitor stock, finance records and hospitality paperwork
Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT when required
Support and train colleagues on new systems and technology
Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints

What you’ll bring

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
Confidence using systems and technology
Good attention to detail, particularly with invoices and records
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Awareness of Health & Safety, GDPR and confidentiality

You’ll need to be flexible to support the needs of the business, particularly during busy periods and events.
