Full job description

Sussex Audiology Centre are looking for experienced administrators to join our established team. With clinics in East and West Sussex, we continue to grow in both reputation and services provided with a new clinic now opening in Eastbourne. The clinics are open 9-5pm, Monday-Friday.

This position will predominantly be located at new Henfield Clinic in West Sussex opening September 2026. Occasional cover in our other clinics may be required at times. We are looking for two, part time candidates (2 days/3 days) to cover the working week. Successful candidates would be able to flex up to full time to cross cover their colleague's annual leave during the year.

As a company we offer comprehensive hearing tests, hearing aid provision, micro suction, tinnitus counselling, vestibular assessments and rehabilitation. We have extremely close links with the majority of ENT surgeons working locally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working on main reception area
Computer literate
Arriving/registering patients
Confident and polite telephone manner
Receiving and returning calls to patients
Taking payments/invoicing
Liaising with ENT consultants and secretaries

A new member of the team would need to be a good team player and fit into a happy, professional team.
