Full job description

Paesano Pizza are recruiting for an experienced and talented pizza chef for our Great Western Road restaurant. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced and lively environment.

What we offer:

Competitive payrate depending on your skillset (for 45hrs a week an experienced chef can earn up to £38k per year including tips)
Fortnightly pay and generous share of tronc gratuities
Approx. 40 hours a week
5.6 weeks holiday per year

Role within our team:

You’ll be responsible for supporting the management in day-to-day tasks, producing the best pizza.
You’ll work as part of a close team in an exciting, fast paced environment.
You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with licensing law.
You should have good attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.

Skills / Qualities required:

A desire to learn all aspects of pizza making
Must have at least 2-3 years experience in pizza production
Good level of English required and basic Italian preferred.
Experience with wood ovens preferred
Good personal hygiene
Flexible and committed
Team Player
