Job Title: Warehouse FLT Driver (Late Shift)

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: £13.00 to £14.95 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:30am to 20:00pm

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

Applicants must have worked in a logistics/warehouse environment before and have previous loading/unloading vehicles and experience of operating Counterbalance Forklift truck.
Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driving licence is essential
Previous experience in loading international groupage trailers would be an advantage
Order pick and stock count
Basic numeracy, literacy and computer skills
Ability to function well as part of a team
Diligent attention to detail and attention to safety
Ability to work under pressure
Punctual, reliable and professional

Compensation:

06:00 to 18:00 - £13.00 per hour

18:00 to 22:00 - £14.95 per hour

Key duties & Responsibilities:

The role will entail the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of all customers' goods to ensure they are received and dispatched appropriately and productivity to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Unloading and loading cargo to and from warehouse and vehicles by using a forklift truck, pallet truck VNA MHE or by hand.
Loading international groupage trailers in accordance with loading plans Pick and pack orders to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.
Wrap and unwrap of goods.
Stock management
Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt
Keep careful records of everything that comes in and goes out of the warehouse
Daily housekeeping within the Warehouse and site.
