Full job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a new Hire Assistant at our Paignton Depot. This could be a full or part time role (to be discussed).

Job Specification

Providing excellent customer service at our front desk, over the telephone and e-mail.
Loading and delivery of plant and tools to customers.
Other ad hoc tasks as required to assist our Site Agent at the Depot.

Pay

Pay level to be discussed depending on experience.

Person Specification

Proven experience of providing customer service
Clean driving licence required
Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service environment
Basic Microsoft Office and IT skills
Self-motivated and a team player
Good organisational and communication skills
Positive and proactive approach
Capable of developing strong customer and supplier relationships
Good attention to detail
Full or part time hours considered
