Bradwall Bakehouse, formed in April 2022, is a quickly growing artisan bakery incorporating a newly opened coffee house (opened May 2025). It is family owned and based in the Cheshire countryside and has around 16 employees.
The bakehouse creates around 3000 hand made bread products a week selling directly to consumers as well as to high quality wholesale customers such as delis, farm shops and event companies.
The successful candidate will be fascinated by exceptional, speciality bread. They will understand the craft of artisan bread and believe in its virtues. (We use no additives or improvers in our products - we keep our products true and honest).
You will already have sound experience baking bread. You will be managing commercial bakes already but be eager to learn and quickly become part of our enthusiastic and positive team.
As part of a larger hospitality business with exciting future opportunities, The Bradwall Bakehouse is a young business on an exciting path to bring the very best speciality breads to the Cheshire market.
Working with a small team of dedicated people, you will be crafting breads for the wholesale and direct markets.
