Job description

Royal Bathrooms is a well-established family run business with a strong network throughout the UK. We are an online retailer of bathroom fixtures and accessories.

Our warehouse in Ham Lane, Kingswinford is looking to recruit a full-time, permanent, reliable Warehouse Operative.

Core Responsibilities

Receiving and Inspecting Goods
Unload deliveries and check items against paperwork
Report damaged or missing goods
Stock Management
Sort and place items on shelves or racks
Rotate stock following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
Order Fulfillment
Pick and pack items for delivery or collection
Prepare shipments according to schedules
Inventory Control
Use scanners or computer systems to track stock levels
Conduct regular stock counts and location checks
Dispatching Goods
Label and load goods for transport
Ensure correct documentation accompanies shipments
Warehouse Maintenance
Keep the workspace clean and organized
Maintain equipment and report faults
Health & Safety Compliance
Follow safety protocols when handling goods
Use PPE and operate machinery safely
Team Collaboration
Communicate with supervisors and colleagues
Support other departments when needed

Skills Required

Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic literacy and numeracy
Hardworking
Reliable
Responsible
Full training will be provided

Hours: 35-45 Per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
