Full job description

Cannons UK is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of gym flooring, gymnastics equipment, air tracks, and fitness products. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly new team member to join our business in a varied full-time role involving customer service, office administration, warehouse duties, and general day-to-day support across the business.

The Role

This is a varied hands-on role where duties can change depending on workload and business needs.

Main duties will include:

Inputting customer orders onto the computer system
Answering customer emails, live chats, and telephone calls
Providing excellent customer service
Preparing and packing customer orders
Assisting with goods in and warehouse organisation
Unloading containers by hand
Helping maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations

Working Hours

Monday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience preferred
Good communication and computer skills
Positive attitude and willingness to help
Organised and reliable
Must be able to work on their own initiative
Must also work well as part of a small team
Comfortable with physical warehouse work and manual handling
