Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong management skills to contribute to the growth and success of our retail outlet. The position is paid and requires a proactive approach to team leadership, sales management, and organisational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Organise daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and optimise product placement.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team environment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the store premises.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via phone or in person.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Skills

Proven management experience within retail environments with strong supervising capabilities.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management abilities.
Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Proficiency in sales management, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Sound organisational skills with attention to detail in stock control and store presentation.
Experience in managing staff schedules, training programmes, and performance reviews.

Pay: £18,000.00-£19,200.00 per year
