Full job description

Could you be the calm, consistent presence someone needs through the night?

We are looking for a Waking night support workers to join our team at our residential day service in Glastonbury, Somerset. This is a permanent role for up to 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.00 per hour plus night allowance (50p). You'll provide attentive overnight support to adults who lead active and fulfilling lives; remaining awake and engaged throughout your shift to ensure the people you support feel safe, settled, and cared for.

We're looking for someone who is:

Calm and reassuring, with good judgement in lone working situations.
Caring, empathetic and reliable.
Passionate about supporting people with complex disabilities to live fulfilled lives.
Willing to attend training as needed.

Your nights might include supporting people with:

Personal care and wellbeing.
Medication support.
Overnight safety and comfort.
Everyday tasks as needed,
