Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our facilities and equipment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Your leadership and customer service skills will help foster a safe, efficient environment while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic setting where continuous improvement is valued.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure to identify potential issues early.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation problems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including welding, electrical wiring, component replacements, and system adjustments.
Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize automated processes.
Read and interpret schematics to accurately diagnose system faults and implement effective solutions.
Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repair projects while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance roles with strong mechanical knowledge and electrical experience.
Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs essential for maintaining equipment integrity.
Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control systems.
Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in a maintenance or technical environment.
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document procedures and collaborate with team members.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to prioritize safety and operational efficiency.
