Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Notes Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will oversee the management and accuracy of medical notes, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers, administrative staff, and patients. Your proactive approach will help maintain the integrity of medical documentation, support efficient workflows, and enhance overall patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, communication, and organizational excellence are valued.

Responsibilities

Review and verify the accuracy of medical notes and documentation submitted by healthcare provider.
Utilize computer skills and specialized software to organize, track, and manage medical notes efficiently
Analyze data using SQL (Structured Query Language) to generate reports and identify discrepancies or trends in documentation
Maintain comprehensive records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and patients to resolve documentation issues promptly
Lead process improvements by developing standardized procedures for note management and compliance adherence

Requirements

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data accurately and identify patterns or inconsistencies
Exceptional communication skills in English to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
Knowledge of IT systems related to healthcare documentation is a plus
