Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team ( BCO London and TRYO HAIR EXTENSION) The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation and communication.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Support team members with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is essential.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
