The Reception & Guest Services team at The Belfry is the first smile guests see and the heartbeat of our resort. Every day, they welcome hundreds of guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, turning every check-in, enquiry, or request into a moment that makes a stay special. This team thrives on creating seamless, personal experiences, solving challenges, anticipating needs, and ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £28,601.97 per annum, plus service charge.

About the role

This role is 40 hours per week and you will be working 5 days out of 7.

As Reception Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and high performance of our fantastic reception team.

Your duties will include:

Supervising, training and mentoring shift leaders and receptionists to ensure exceptional guest journey at all times
Producing rotas according to business levels
Following up queries where necessary on behalf of receptionists and shift leaders
Performance management of the front office team, including job appraisals, observations, and identifying training requirements
Providing excellent service to each and every guest

About you

Previous reception experience within a large hotel environment in a management role would be ideal. We are looking for candidates who are:
