Senior Bridal Stylist (3 Days Per Week Initially)

Bijou Bridal Studio – Faversham, Kent

We are growing, we are looking for a Bridal Stylist to join our team.

Our team offers the warmest welcome, the friendliest, approachable individuals, confident, quick thinking, passionate, and have a genuine desire to help brides and the ability and confidence to guide them to find their perfect dress.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, confident in a sales environment, and excited by the opportunity to grow within an expanding bridal business.

Initially, this role will be approximately 3 days per week, with the potential to increase to 4 or 5 days for the right person as the business continues to grow.

This role includes regular weekend working, as weekends are our busiest time.

Initially a candidate would need to be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, guide brides with confidence, and play an important role in the future development of the business.

The Role

Conducting private bridal appointments
Building rapport with brides and their guests
Guiding brides through one of the most important purchases of their lives
Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to collection
Maintaining boutique presentation and standards
Working towards individual targets
Supporting day to day operations and contributing ideas to help the business grow

What We're Looking For

Proven sales or customer facing experience
Confidence in guiding customers towards a purchasing decision
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A warm, genuine and professional approach
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Self motivated, proactive and dependable
Weekend availability
Supporting the smooth day to day running of the boutique
Assisting with appointment management and diary organisation
Responding to customer enquiries and follow up communications
Supporting dress deliveries, collections and stock management
Helping maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising
Assisting with social media content and marketing activities where required
Identifying opportunities the customer experience
Taking ownership of tasks and helping ensure the boutique operates efficiently

Previous bridal experience is welcomed but not essential.

Hospitality management
Estate agency
Recruitment
Beauty and aesthetics
Travel sales
Cabin crew
High end customer service environments
