Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee daily business operations across multiple departments. In this pivotal role, you will drive efficiency, ensure seamless coordination among teams, and uphold high standards of service excellence. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, promote operational excellence, and support the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across various hotel departments, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster team development
Coordinate merchandising efforts and ensure adherence to brand standards and visual presentation guidelines
Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, vendors, and senior management to facilitate transparency and collaboration
Monitor administrative processes such as inventory control, reporting procedures, and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Proven hotel management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within retail or service environments
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward common goals
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities
Experience in retail management, sales management, or related fields is preferred
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills
Prior experience in merchandising, inventory control, or sales operations is advantageous
