Shifts- Shifts vary depending on cover that is needed.
Opening times- We open until 8pm apart from Sundays which is 5pm so these closing times are essential in your availability.

Are you passionate about sushi and looking for an exciting opportunity to join a franchisee of Yo! Sushi? We are seeking dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team at our Yo! Sushi kiosk.

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Kiosk Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Prepare a variety of food items in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations
Upsell additional products to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently
Manage stock levels and notify management of any shortages or issues
Provide friendly, attentive service to enhance the customer experience
Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as ingredient preparation and portioning
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for those new to the industry
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
Ability to upsell products confidently to maximise sales opportunities
