Belvoir are looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team in the Peterborough office.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the area’s leading property professionals as a full-time Sales Negotiator within an award-winning Estate & Letting Agent. We have built our reputation by providing Sellers and Buyers with a service that is second to none, focused on achieving the best results and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the moving journey. You’ll be working within a close-knit, professional team with excellent support from motivated individuals in the office.

We are a company dedicated to providing outstanding estate agency services to our clients. With a strong focus on customer service and achieving results, we strive to create a positive and professional experience for both buyers and sellers.

This fast paced, exciting and ever-evolving role involves:

Carrying out property viewings with potential buyers
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Generating valuations and securing new property instructions
Dealing with enquiries in a positive and professional manner
Keeping clients regularly updated throughout the sales process
Managing adverts on property portals and social media platforms
Having a detailed understanding of our available stock and matching properties to client requirements
Working towards strict daily, weekly and monthly targets with your team
Promoting the company’s additional products and services, including mortgage and financial services
Creating detailed and professional marketing materials for properties including photographs and floorplans
Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients

The Person – What we’re looking for:

A self-motivated and driven individual who puts the client’s needs first
Experience in a sales background is desirable, but not essential, as full training and development will be provided
A professional attitude that takes pride in their work and the service they provide
A great listener with a positive mindset
A commercially minded individual who is results-driven with the ability to create sales opportunities quickly and effectively

You must have:

Strong negotiation skills
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
A high level of commercial awareness
Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
A full UK driving licence
