Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting educational programmes, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and assisting teaching staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and organisational management to contribute to a positive learning environment. The role involves providing essential administrative support to facilitate the delivery of high-quality educational experiences.

Duties

Manage and maintain student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate schedules for classes, exams, and special events in collaboration with teaching staff.
Assist with the organisation of educational resources and materials.
Support teachers with administrative tasks such as preparing lesson materials and tracking attendance.
Respond to enquiries from students, parents, and staff promptly and professionally.
Organise meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff development programmes.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to education support services.
Contribute to the development of educational programmes by providing logistical support.
Maintain an organised filing system both digitally and physically for easy access to documents.

Experience

Prior experience in an educational or administrative support role is desirable.
Knowledge of teaching practices or experience working within a school or educational setting is a plus.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
