Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.

Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for dedicated individuals who possess:

Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
Proficiency in medication management.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
The ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents in their interests.

Pay: £13.33 per hour.
Night shifts
Working pattern: 8pm - 8am
Flexible Contracts: Full-time (22, 33, 44 hours/week) or part-time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.
