Reports to: Brand Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview

Furniture Clinic is looking for a talented and organised Brand Lead to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will manage and develop a small portfolio of our cleaning and restoration brands. In this role, you will act as the champion for 1–3 brands, ensuring consistent messaging, strong brand identity, and engaging marketing activity across multiple channels.

You will work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and creative production to bring brand stories to life through social media, visual content, campaigns, and customer communications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Social Media Management

Develop and implement social media strategies for assigned brands
Create engaging and unique content tailored to each platform
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Manage community interactions and respond to audience engagement
Produce monthly performance reports to track growth and engagement

Influencer Outreach

Use our influencer management platform to identify and brief relevant influencers
Coordinate collaborations and manage campaign logistics
Handle inbound influencer enquiries via customer service channels

Brand Stewardship

Act as the guardian and advocate for each assigned brand
Ensure brand guidelines remain current and are followed across all channels
Maintain consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity

Brand Vision & Creative Direction

Guide the creative direction for photos, video, and visual assets
Work with photographers and videographers to plan and produce content for websites, Amazon listings, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns
Assist with shoot planning including props, locations, models, and logistics
Oversee post-production direction to ensure edits, music, and video style align with brand identity

Product & Packaging Collaboration

Work with product development teams to shape the look and feel of new products
Brief designers on packaging concepts
Review packaging, labels, and design assets to ensure brand consistency

Marketing Content

Create engaging newsletters (weekly or monthly)
Write SEO-optimised blog content to promote products, offers, and brand news
Develop content that attracts new audiences and encourages customer re-engagement

Retail & Trade Events

Identify opportunities to showcase brands through retail partnerships or trade shows
Coordinate logistics and planning for brand events and exhibitions

Brand Awareness Activities

Support initiatives to grow brand visibility including award entries, sponsorships, and press releases

Agency Collaboration

Brief external creative or PR agencies when required
Ensure agencies receive clear objectives, assets, and brand guidelines

Requirements:

Strong organisational and project management skills
Creativity and an eye for brand storytelling and visual content
Experience with social media management and digital marketing
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
Experience coordinating creative projects (photoshoots, content creation, campaigns) is a plus

Qualifications:

A Levels (or equivalent), such as a relevant apprenticeship, are required
A qualification in Marketing, Social Media Management, or a related field is desirable
A degree in Marketing, Product Design, or a similar discipline would be advantageous
