Purpose of the Role

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily activities, projects, and business operations. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting administration and wider business initiatives.

Administrative Support

Manage and organise the General Manager's diary, and scheduling meetings.
Prioritise meeting requests and ensure effective time management.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and supporting documentation.
Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute actions promptly.
Track outstanding actions and follow up with relevant departments to ensure completion.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the General Manager.
Produce reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.

Project Administration

Provide administrative support across business improvement and operational projects.
Maintain project documentation, trackers and action logs.
Monitor project timelines and chase outstanding information from stakeholders.
Assist with preparing project reports and presentations for management meetings.
Support the implementation and administration of new business initiatives.

General Administration

Raise purchase orders and process invoices where required.
Order office supplies and maintain stationery stock.
Support company events, meetings and internal communications.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role to support the General Manager and wider business.
