Full job description

At Connexus, our Repairs Team maintain and prepare our properties. The role of Plasterer multi-skilled, within the Repairs team, is to deliver Multi-Skilled repairs and to carry out other relevant building maintenance works, as required.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and capability in Multi-Skilled Plastering works. You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a team.

All work is planned and issued electronically; training will be given in this, but basic IT skills are a necessity. You must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will be based from home with occasional travel to our offices but, normally directly to site each day and covering all geographical areas of Connexus Housing.

A competent ability in Plastering with skills in multi skill elements.
Reliable, self-motivated and with a flexible attitude.
Effective and efficient ways of working, including excellent time management techniques.
Excellent customer service attributes and behaviours, enhancing the customers experience.
Team player
Participate in the repairs and maintenance out-of-hours emergency service when required and comply with the company’s agreed call-out operational procedures.
Served an apprenticeship in Carpentry or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds or NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plastering
