SERVICE CHARGE-We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team.
Service charge can be in the region of £395 a month (close to £4,750 per year) over and above base pay for a full time employee.

As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will be working with our Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure we always providing exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.

Deliver Michelin-starred service standards, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations.

Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout service, ensuring smooth operations, seamless guest journeys, and effective team coordination.

Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance development of the restaurant team, creating a culture of excellence and attention to detail.

Demonstrate and promote exceptional food, wine, and beverage knowledge, confidently guiding guests through menus.

Uphold the restaurant’s ambience by overseeing cleanliness, lighting, music, temperature, and overall presentation in line with service requirements.

Monitor financial controls, including revenue management, billing accuracy, stock control, and cost awareness to support profitability targets.

Build strong relationships with guests, handling feedback professionally and creating opportunities for repeat business and guest loyalty.

Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider management team to maintain service standards, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and deliver operational excellence.
