Lettings Administrator / Maintenance Co-ordinator / Personal Assistant to Directors

Stafford Park, Telford | 40 hours/week | Full-Time | Office Based (May be required to leave office to attend viewings)
£31,000 per annum + Yearly Bonus + Commission Bonus

About Us
Shropshire Property Group is a well-established and expanding landlord with a portfolio of around 150 residential properties. Alongside our property lettings operation, we run an in-house maintenance and repairs company. We’re now looking for a versatile and highly organised individual to support our growing team in a varied role spanning lettings, maintenance coordination, and personal assistance to the directors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage tenant onboarding and tenancy administration
Oversee compliance (EPCs, gas safety, EICRs, etc.)
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, liaise with contractors
Raise quotes and invoices for repair works
Handle rent reconciliation and tenant queries
Liaise with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and estate agents for sales progression
Provide administrative and PA support to the directors

What We’re Looking For

Experience in lettings/property management
Familiarity with property maintenance processes
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have a full UK driving licence
Must have lettings/property management experience

£31,000 per annum (based on experience)

Working Hours:
