Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a flair for hair styling, ensuring that each client leaves feeling satisfied and confident. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality grooming services.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims according to client preferences.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide professional advice on styles and products.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
Stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness to client needs.
A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial.
