Job Summary

We are seeking a organised and proactive Personnel Assistant to support and resources . This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, , and have a solid understanding face to face management in sales and design introductions This paid position offers valuable experience company operations positions could offer a % value

Assist with recruitment processes, including data entry and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
Maintain accurate records of information and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Handle correspondence related to Human Resources
Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, filing documents, and managing calendars.

Skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills.
Effective communication skills for liaising with staff at all levels.
Familiarity with Salesforce and social media management tools.
Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and reporting.
Experience with Workday or Taleo is desirable but not essential;
