Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care and a thorough understanding of anatomy, with the ability to administer medications effectively. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Duties

Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting changes and reporting to the medical team as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and assistance with daily living activities.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
Proven experience in medication administration and familiarity with various medical equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses who are eager to learn.
