MotorDesk is a fast-growing SaaS platform designed for the automotive retail industry. We provide dealerships with everything they need to manage and grow their business, from stock management and websites to invoicing, accounting, customer communications and AI-powered tools.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll support current customers, assist with onboarding new customers, help the sales and support teams and contribute across the wider business.

What You’ll Do

· Provide support to MotorDesk customers across multiple channels.

· Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to MotorDesk.

· Configure customer accounts, import data and personalise system settings.

· Work across different areas of the business, supporting projects and operational improvements as MotorDesk continues to grow.

· Create and edit product walkthroughs, tutorials and feature videos.

· Answer incoming enquiries and support general business administration.

· Personalise and fine-tune customer websites.

· Build strong relationships with customers, to maximise engagement, satisfaction and long-term success with the MotorDesk platform.

· Deliver live product training sessions for customers.

· Identify ways to improve internal processes and customer experience.

You’re a great fit if you

· Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Enjoy problem solving and take ownership of your work.

Bonus Skills & Experience

· B2B SaaS customer support or customer success.

· Knowledge of the motor trade or car sales industry.
