Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate manager to join our restaurant in Truro. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our establishment, joining us from the very beginning. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in helping us grow and establish ourselves as one of the premier dining destinations in the area. With a solid 30-40 covers we can issue good and service is kept very fast and friendly, and we offer competitive hours that reflect the unique demands of our intimate setting. As a manager, your insights and opinions will be highly valued, playing a crucial role in our success. We're looking for someone who is not only experienced but also ready to contribute meaningfully to our team.

Duties
- Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience in bartending or hotel management is advantageous
- Familiarity with team management, scheduling, and budgeting
