**Job Overview:**

As a Bar Manager at our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our bar area. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the bar team by example, providing guidance and support in all aspects of bar operations

- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure stock rotation to maintain freshness

- Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality

- Train and supervise bar staff on proper bartending techniques, customer service, and adherence to safety protocols

- Create and update drink menus to offer a variety of options to customers

- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment maintenance

- Implement and enforce food safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in team management within a bar or hospitality setting

- Proficiency in bartending techniques and knowledge of beverage preparation

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
