Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Be one of the first points of contact for telephone enquiries, providing friendly and efficient assistance
Monitor and manage the general inboxes, ensuring timely responses to all queries
Create and update signage for the Shop and Plants teams
Print labels for stock as required
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Updating our EPOS system for Plants and Stoneware stock, ensuring records are accurate, deliveries are checked-in, and invoices processed correctly

Key skills required for the role:

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn internal systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential

Location: Coolings The Gardener’s Garden Centre Rushmore Hill, Knockholt, Kent, TN14 7NN

Type: Permanent, Part Time

Hours: 24 - 29.75 Hours a Week (Including Alternative Weekends)

Rate of pay: NLW apply
