About Robosol

Robosol Software UK Limited is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner with over 20 years of experience serving clients in pharmaceutical, FMCG, food and drink, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing. We take pride in long-term client relationships and this role is central to maintaining that standard.

The Role

This is a client-facing support and success role responsible for ensuring our existing BC clients are well-served, well-supported, and getting maximum value from their systems. You will work closely with our delivery and sales teams — the commercial relationship remains with the account manager — but you are the day-to-day face of Robosol for your clients.

The ideal candidate has a functional understanding of Business Central, a calm and organised approach to support escalations, and the interpersonal skills to build trusted, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio BC clients on all post-go-live support and operational matters.
Triage, manage, and escalate support issues in coordination with the internal delivery team, keeping clients informed throughout.
Conduct regular check-in calls and periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, system usage, and any emerging needs.
Facilitate smooth handovers from the project delivery team to business-as-usual support at go-live.
Ensure clients are aware of relevant BC release wave features and any changes that may affect their setup.
Identify and flag Phase 2 or expansion opportunities to the relevant account manager — you surface them, sales progresses them.
Maintain accurate client records, support logs, and health status in Robosol’s CRM.
Coordinate and deliver post-go-live training and refresher sessions as needed.
Contribute to improving Robosol’s support processes and client onboarding documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

5+ years in a customer success, application support, or client-facing ERP role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV or other ERP.
Strong communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to manage client expectations calmly under pressure.
Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
A genuine interest in client outcomes, not just ticket closure.

Desirable

Sector experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, food and drink, or wholesale distribution.
Familiarity with BC licensing, support agreements, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Experience using a CRM or helpdesk platform to manage client portfolios.

Pay: £35,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
