Regional Development Practice Manager

Job Title: Regional Practice Manager

Location: Dentopedia Group Clinics (Overseeing 3 Clinics)

Schedule: Monday – Friday & some weekends with mutual agreement

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £20 per hour
Equivalent to £41,600 per year (40 hours per week)

Performance Bonus: Structured monthly bonus linked to revenue growth, invoiced work, membership targets, and review performance.
On-target earnings typically reach £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

Car Allowance: £150 per month. (Full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to multi-site travel)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strong Regional Practice Manager to oversee three clinics and support the next stage of our growth.

Role Overview

The Regional Practice Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and team performance of three Dentopedia clinics. This is a leadership role focused on driving standards, improving performance, supporting clinic managers, and ensuring consistent patient experience across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across three clinics
Support and develop Practice Managers and clinic teams
Drive revenue growth and achieve financial performance targets
Monitor KPIs including diary utilisation, treatment acceptance, and membership growth
Ensure compliance with CQC, HR, and operational standards
Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership
Resolve escalated patient or operational issues professionally
Implement group-wide systems and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Practice Manager or multi-site manager in dental or healthcare
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Confident communicator able to influence and motivate teams
Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise effectively
Professional, structured, and performance-driven mindset

Requirements

Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK
