About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our Group HR team. This is a varied and hands on role supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, HR systems, and employee relations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including job descriptions, interview coordination, offers, and referencing
- Assist with shortlisting and interviewing candidates alongside HR Advisors
- Manage onboarding processes, including compliance checks (RTW, DBS) and new starter setup
- Ensure probation reviews are completed and recorded
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records
- Process leavers and coordinate offboarding activities
- Support maternity, paternity, and parental leave processes
- Provide first-line support for HR queries and manage the HR inbox
Training & Development
- Coordinate training bookings and maintain training records across systems
- Support induction programmes, apprenticeships, and development planning
- Assist with tracking and evaluating training activity
Employee Relations Support
- Provide administrative support for disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
- Assist HR Advisors in developing knowledge to advise managers
Reporting & Projects
- Collate HR KPIs and contribute to monthly reporting
- Support annual reporting (e.g. Gender Pay, Holiday Pay)
- Assist with wellbeing surveys and HR initiatives
- Provide administrative support for TUPE and redundancy exercises
General HR & Office Support
- Ensure GDPR compliance and confidentiality of HR data
- Maintain HR trackers and spreadsheets
- Coordinate occupational health requirements
- Provide cover for office-based admin activities when required
About You
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination (ideally L3 in HR Support)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Sound understanding of HR processes and employment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Discreet, professional, and proactive

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
