Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support management with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing schedules, and demonstrate proficiency in office software. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and professionalism are essential. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with relevant experience or those seeking to develop their administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Handling correspondence via email, phone, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
Organising travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and transportation
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Performing data entry tasks accurately within databases
Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and directing inquiries appropriately
Organising files, documents, and office supplies to ensure efficient workflow
Supporting project coordination by tracking deadlines and follow-ups

Requirements

Proven administrative experience or previous office experience demonstrating organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
