Full job description

Role Overview

Support property development projects through planning, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of property development projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
Utilise Primavera P6 to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays or issues.
Employ Civil 3D for site design assessments, topographical analysis, and infrastructure planning.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Implement effective time management strategies to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in property development or project coordination within the construction or real estate sector.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for scheduling and project tracking.
Experience with Civil 3D for civil engineering design work is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
A recognised qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
