Full job description

Tara Lodge, the No. 1 place to stay in Belfast, is seeking a Front of House Receptionist (40 hours per week).

If you believe in delivering unique customer experiences and are seeking to join a well-established business where there is a genuine opportunity to influence and support the future development of the company, then this is the ideal role for you. Energetic and self-motivating, suitable candidates for this position will have a passion for excellent customer service.

As a company, we endeavour to provide excellent training to the whole team as we understand that the people we employ are those that make the experience unique for our guests. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Employee Duties:

Provide a friendly welcome to each guest
Answer reservation enquiries promptly via email and telephone
Provide excellent customer service to guests at every interaction
Provide tourist information for guests and book tours/tickets where possible
Effective communication with Housekeeping and Kitchen departments to ensure smooth running of daily operations
Reservation admin

Essential Criteria:

Good level of secondary education
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility for Evening & Weekend work

Shift Pattern:

8am - 4pm or 4pm-Midnight

Due to the responsibilities involved in the role, only candidates aged 18+ can be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.20 per hour
