About Blink Brow Bar (BBB) London

Since opening our first walk-in threading bar in Fenwick, London in 2004, BBB has redefined beauty services under the vision of our founder, Vanita Parti. Over the years, we’ve pioneered the way women approach brow and lash treatments, transforming them into accessible, high-quality services that can fit into a busy lifestyle. Today, BBB is the market leader in brow and lash services across the UK. We’re excited to announce an amazing opportunity to join our store in London as a Boutique Store Manager.

An exciting opportunity to look after our Brow Boutique in Chelsea.

You will be responsible for overseeing the growth and success of our most successful brow boutique. You will run day-to-day operations, provide an exceptional customer experience and manage a team to deliver premium brow, lash and well-being services. This role is key to growth the community, especially as it welcomes daily visits from press and high-profile clients, and to create a welcoming environment while maintaining the professional standards. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, supporting staff development, and ensuring the store operates seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused manager who can:

Lead a team with confidence and positivity, motivating them to meet service and retail targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, especially to our press clientele, ensuring each visit is flawless and professional.
Handle all front-of-house operations, including bookings, payments, and ensuring a premium store environment.
Drive sales through both services and retail, implementing promotional activities and minimising every opportunity.
Manage staff rotas, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company standards, including grooming and uniform guidelines.
Maintain stock levels, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring the store is always immaculate.
Handle any operational challenges with quick problem-solving skills, including out-of-hours emergencies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail, beauty, or a similar industry, preferably a Beauty Therapist.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both with staff and high-profile clients.
A passion for Beauty Services.
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional out-of-hours.
Eligible to work in the UK.
