Perhaps you’re an experienced care professional ready for something new, or you have a background in workforce scheduling and would love to bring those skills into care.

At Agincare, we know great care starts with great coordination. We’re looking for a Care Coordinator at our Dunboyne court/Whitley Court who enjoys organising, problem-solving, and connecting the right carers with the clients who need them most.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, as well as:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
At least 1 year Administrative experience.
Experience in Care would be desirable but not necessary.

The role of a Care Coordinator

Coordinate care services and client schedules
Match carers with clients to meet individual needs
Support the setup of new care packages
Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care
Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls
Participate in the on-call rota when required
Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided)
Role is predominantly office based, with some need to deliver care within an extra care setting
