Full job description

Overview
We are offering a very competitive salary for a dedicated and organised Parts Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting customer orders and enquiries to ensure smooth operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and organisational abilities to contribute to a dynamic and professional environment.

Duties

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
Manage incoming stock, organise storage areas, and ensure parts are correctly labelled and easily accessible.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Keep the work environment clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
Using a Company vehicle to deliver to our customers at certain times. For insurance purposes this rquires a minimum age of 30.

Qualifications

Proven organisational skills with experience in inventory management or related roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Experience using MAM or other EPC preferable.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is advantageous but not essential.
Prior experience in a parts department is essential.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. This role offers an engaging work environment where organisational talent and communication skills are valued highly, providing opportunities for professional development within our organisation.
Valid UK Drivers License.
