We're looking for a weekend School Caretaker who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to Mitie process and procedures.

Job Title: School Caretaker
Pay: £15.35 p/h
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Hours: 15 Hours Per Week
Location: Rokeby School - London - Canning Town

Role Responsibilities:

Undertake all required training and follow Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
Supporting with third party lettings
Ensure proper maintenance, security, and safety of school premises and grounds.
Respond to helpdesk jobs, unlock/lock buildings, and carry out porterage and room setups.
Perform PPM tasks emergency light checks, fire door inspection and support out-of-hours building use.
Dealing and escorting contractors when on site
Carry out building condition checks to the building before and after use to ensure that there is no damages

Previous caretaking experience (preferred but not essential).
Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Open, honest, self-driven, and determined.
Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality, with willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
